Henry was beloved by all, even those dudes buying guitar strings, just all too sure of themselves and their abilities to befriend Henry, the Sales Prevention Department Head. “Oh no, sir, don’t engage with him, yeah it’s OK… it’ll just make it worse… Henry!!” But that is indeed the mistake. We don’t befriend him, he befriends us, once we’ve passed the Henry tests.
